Welcome to Sarapalooza. By visiting or purchasing from sarapalooza.com you agree to the following terms. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who we are

Sarapalooza is an online retailer of personalized bridal gifts, wedding accessories, and print-on-demand products. We operate at sarapalooza.com. For questions, contact us at hello@sarapalooza.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order. By using this site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and include any applicable product costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any order you have already placed will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Many items are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting — errors in text, spelling, or sizing you provide are your responsibility.

Product images are representative. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration or print-on-demand production tolerances.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product description. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card number. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the total order amount.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and on product pages. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States. International availability varies by product.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our full refund and returns policy is available at sarapalooza.com/refund_returns/. Key points: personalized items are non-refundable except for damage or defect; non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused; damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Orders may be canceled before production begins — email us immediately after ordering if you need to cancel.

All site content — including text, images, graphics, product designs, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sarapalooza. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Nothing on this site grants you a license to our intellectual property except as needed to browse and shop.
